Our last days on Seychelles were fantastic. We had three days at Coral strand hotel in Beau Vallon, Mahe. After spending 2.5 weeks exploring Praslin and La Digue, we actually didn't feel like sightseeing around Mahe. Therefore, we just stayed at Beau Vallon and enjoyed the last part of our holiday on the beach.

Coral Strand was a great choice of hotel, our deluxe room with ocean view was very modern and spacious and the best part was definitely that the hotel is located right on the beach. Breakfast was included and I was able to eat an amazing English breakfast (my own choice of eggs, bacon, baked beans, fruit, vegetables, yoghurt etc, and it was no problems being gluten intolerant.

We met up with some friends from Sweden who took us to a restaurant (La Plage) which was lovely in every way: the setting (just by the beach), the staff who were incredibly friendly and service-minded and the food that was delicious. The staff also helped me order gluten free food and were very helpful when I asked what the sauces were made of etc.

It is difficult to describe with words how truly wonderful our last days were, jetskiing, drinking exotic cocktails, eating amazing food and simply relaxing on the beach. Fortunately, we were lucky to experience one sunset during our three weeks on Seychelles, it occurred on our last night and it was the most beautiful I have ever seen!
