Birthday lunch with my gals

Today is my birthday, and I've had a wonderful day from morning until night. After a great breakfast in bed, I went for a morning walk in my new training clothes that my love gave me. Later on, I enjoyed a chatty lunch with my two very close friends. As I had a lot to prepare for my birthday picknick, I walked home not too late and  baked a cake and also made a pasta salad. 

As has been the case on many of my birthdays, the weather wasn't quite as one could hope for, especially since we had planned for a picknick. Therefore, it was a bit chilly and there were some worrying clouds, nevertheless, we had a lovely time eating all the food that had been prepared and also catching up with my relatives.
