A growing selection

I have to say, since I was diagnosed with coeliacs (gluten intolerance) in 2007, the small shelves have grown into aisles in most grocery stores. Naturally, it makes me very happy to see new things on the shelves every time I visit a store. There are now more brands and a much wider selection of bread, cookies, pasta etc. Although, I hope (perhaps a bit naive) that prices will somehow drop a bit as I still pay 30-40 Swedish crowns for a small package of toast or buns.
