Winter holiday

Life as a teacher doesn't only imply hard work and a busy schedule (as you all may know I have had one the last couple of weeks, not ;) ) it also means I can enjoy several holidays. This week was winter sports holiday, not that I did anything that gives that name any justice but it was certainly nice to have some time off before I start a full time schedule this coming week. A lot of my time has been and, is still, devoted to finding an apartment. I have looked at both apartments for sale and rent, just to keep my options open. But so far, no luck. Hopefully it won't take too long until I can have my own place. Other than apartment hunting, I have also spent a lot of time with friends and work mates playing drinking games, partying, watching movies, having lunch out etc.. Unfortunately, it all ended with me getting really sick on Thursday so the last days of holiday were spent on the couch feeling sorry for myself, not optimal, but on the other hand, rather practical as I could then follow all the skiing on TV. Now I am starting to feel better and can prepare myself mentally for work and starting my new classes on Wednesday, exiting!
