After having another long weekend there are now three more weeks until our students go on summer holiday and five weeks until I go on mine. Summer is almost here and I actually feel like I can live in the present as many factors make everything so much easier. I have come to realise that during many months of the year I tend to always look forward to something, either weekends, a trip, holidays, or whatever. Lately, however, I have realised that everything appears to be much easier when it's lighter and warmer outside, thus I don't feel the need to look forward to things all the time.  Although, I still do that a bit of course but I can live more in the present and enjoy every day, even if it's a work day. Quite scary how the climate can have that effect.
