Sometimes it feels as if we cook the same food all the time, we usually end up making various pasta dishes, meatballs and mash, taco etc. Although hard to understand, it is in fact difficult to find inspiration in the weeks after work. This is definitely something I simply have to snap out of. Nevertheless, since I have had this week off I craved some new tastes and something fun and challenging to cook. For some reason my first thought was Lebanese food and started to look up recipes. I decided to make Meze (several small dishes) and made houmus, tabouleh, cevapcici (meatballs a la balkan style), haricot verts in hot tomato sauce, börek, grilled aubergine and a cold garlic and lime sauce.
