Pasta rolls (ricotta cheese, spinach, zucchini)
Yesterday I spent all day in the kitchen preparing for my graduation party. I had decided to serve an Italian buffet and cook everything myself which I enjoyed, although it took the whole day. People started showing up at five in the afternoon and savoured a hot vegetable soup whilst mingling with the other guests. The night went by rather quickly, eating, drinking, talking, opening presents, and as the last guests left, there was not much energy left to stay up. I had an excellent night and I can most definitely say I have now celebrated my graduation and can move on to new challenges and adventures.
