A new year has begun, with new challenges, events, possibilities and hopefully exciting experiences. Although it is hard to know what 2012 holds for me, some things are in fact planned for. In January, I graduate after several years of studying and finally, I can use my week nights and weekends to do something else but studying and constantly thinking about all the assignments that have to be done. Also, I start my first real teaching job as a newly graduated high school teacher, which I definitely look forward to. Hopefully, I will also continue taking Chinese lessons so that I can go to China, that is, if I still feel like going there. Clearly, some things are not yet organised, but that actually feels good. For the first time in a couple of years, I actually don't know what I will be doing in the next twelve months, which is quite an exciting feeling. Freedom!
I wish you all the best of 2012, may it bring happiness, warmth, good health and prosperity to you and your family.
