Graduation week

Chanterelle sauce (My speciality if I may say so, see recipe below)

The day has finally come when I am no longer a student. I have now handed in my final assignment and started my new job as a high school teacher. The week has certainly been hectic, but also exciting and interesting. I would lie if I did not say that I was rather nervous before my first lesson, in fact, I had trouble sleeping the night before. But everything went really well and it was good to meet my students and colleagues. In the nights, I have spent a lot of time planning my lessons which I hope will take less time once I get a good routine. However, in the beginning, it is easy to feel a bit overwhelmed by everything that has to be done, not to mention everything I have to think about and organise, which is why I try to do one thing at the time and to 'go with the flow' for a while.

I thought it is time to start sharing my favourite recipes with you all, but without any given amounts of ingredients as I believe cooking is done best with a personal touch and naturally, with feeling.
